Questions about billing
How does billing work?
Through Paddle.com, our merchant of record. You buy from Paddle and get an invoice in your company’s name, without VAT if you enter a VAT ID (reverse charge). Pay by card or PayPal.
Which currency do we pay in?
In the EU in euros: €15 a month or €150 a year. Outside the EU in US dollars: $19 a month or $190 a year. Paddle goes by your country.
What happens after the three months for 1?
Then the regular price applies; we remind you by e-mail seven days before. The three months for 1 are offered once per customer, on the monthly plan. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current month.
Do we get our money back if it isn’t right for us?
Yes. We refund any payment within 30 days of it, no reasons asked. Read the refund policy
What happens if we cancel?
Your workspace is archived. Everyone who had access can still read it, free and with its full history. On request you get all of your data in a common format. Read the terms
